What time should I arrive for my massage?

Please plan on arriving at least 15 before your massage.  The Urban Workloft building can be confusing.  This also allows you to fill out your paperwork thoroughly, without feeling rushed, or cutting into your massage time..  If you are a returning client, this allows us to discuss any changes to your medical history, and progress since your last massage. If you would like to take advantage of our shower, or roof deck before your massage, just let me know what time you will be arriving, to ensure that I am available to let you in.  You are also welcome to make use of these amenities after your massage.

Do I really need to fill out all this paperwork?
The short answer is yes, you do.  I have tried to keep the paperwork as streamlined as possible, while still allowing for a massage that meets your treatment goals in a safe manner.

How do I get to your office?
The Urban Workloft building is located right next door to the Rainier Brewery on Airport Way.  The easiest way to get into the building is to turn off Airport Way just south of the new Urban Worklofts Building.  Take the driveway up the hill and behind the Worklofts Building.  You are welcome to park in either the Second or Third floor Parking Garage, in the spots marked for guest parking.  If you park in the guest spots in either of these garages, please use the SOUTH WORKLOFT call box to buzz unit 715 (listed as J&T LMT in the directory).  I will buzz you in, and meet you in the 7th floor lobby.

Where can I park?

Please park in any of the guest spots on the second or third level.  If those are full, you may park in the lower parking lot by Tullys.  You will then walk up the hill behind the brewery and use the buzzer on the fifth floor.  Please call me if you are having any trouble.
